I have listed a new property at Stockholm Quarter in Fertile Belt.
152 titled acres. G soil class 62 soil rating. SAMA is showing 125 cultivated acres but the Vendor states that he has seeded 140 + acres and rented based on 140 acres. There is 5 acres railbed owned by CP rail and the Vendor has looked in to purchasing it. CP would nor sell the land ,but told to him to use land rent free. for more info call listing agent.

I have listed a new property at Stockholm South Quarter in Fertile Belt.

SAMA says there are 135 cult acres .but a visual of this quarter is recommended as it is likely that more of this quarter could be put under cultivation. land is rented for the upcoming 2021 crop year with the current tenant interested in
negotiating another agreement. In 2020, the tenant paid on 280 seeded acres and estimates
that they will be seeding more acres this year after work done in the fall.
